Wooden houses & garden rooms in Cyprus
Timber-frame buildings for extra living space: a garden studio, a guest room, an office or a small wooden house, built by our own carpenters.

Built in timber, built for Cyprus
A timber frame goes up quickly, stays cool with the right insulation and ventilation, and can be shaped to fit a plot where a block building would not. We build the frame, walls, roof and cladding in our Paphos workshop and on site, and coordinate with your engineer, electrician and plumber.
What we build
Garden rooms and home offices · guest studios · timber cabins · wooden houses on a prepared base · timber roof structures for new builds · verandas and covered terraces attached to the house.
How it works
1. Send us a photo of the space and rough measurements on WhatsApp 99 976 902.
2. We visit, measure and talk through the design, the wood and the finish, then give you a clear price.
3. We build it in our Paphos workshop and fit it on site with our own carpenters.
Where we work
We work in Paphos town, Kato Paphos, Chloraka, Kissonerga, Peyia, Coral Bay, Tala, Emba, Konia, Geroskipou, Mesogi and villages across Paphos district.
Common questions
Do I need planning permission for a wooden house? Usually yes for a habitable building. We work to your architect or engineer's drawings and can recommend one if you do not have one yet.
Do you build outside Paphos? Our workshop is in Paphos. For larger timber buildings we also work in other parts of Cyprus; ask us about your location.
How long does a wooden house last? Well-built and maintained timber buildings last for decades. We use treated structural timber and detail the roof and base to keep water out.
